We have a shipping and collection option available. Please note we only ship to England. Collection is from our North Cave farm.
First Wave of Orders:
Your Alpaca Adoption Box will be ready and sent out from w/c Monday 24th November 2025. You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped or is ready to collect.
Delivery and Collection Deadlines:
Please note you have until 6pm on Monday 15th December to order for delivery. Any orders placed after this date are collection only.
You have until 6pm on Thursday 18th December to order for collection. The last day to collect your Adoption Packs from our North Cave farm is on Monday 22nd December up until 3pm.
Returns & Exchange Policy
We do not except returns and no refunds are given on our Alpaca Adoption Boxes.
In the unfortunate event any items become damaged during their travel to you and you can provide photographic evidence of its damage on opening the package, we can post you out replacements.
