1 Hour Petting Session

Service Description

1 hour petting session at our North Cave farm. Experience includes: - Tour around our farm with the founder. - Quality interaction time with all of our animals, including alpacas, pigs, sheep and goats (plus baby goats). - Learn about how we care for each animal and life on the farm. - Animal feed is included. - Shop our merchandise in our little gift shop. Ticket prices: £7.50 per child (5 - 12 years). £10 per adult (13 years plus). Under 5's go free, no tickets needed for them.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: We require all customers to provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rebooking an experience. If you provide us with 48 hours notice a full refund can be given. If you provide us with at least 24 hours notice your money will be kept and your booking will be transferred to a different date and time. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will not be able to transfer their booking and their money will be kept. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment start time will be considered a no-show. We will provide a one-time waiver for extenuating circumstances. Please note our experiences do take place outside. We always try to go ahead with bookings however in the event of unfortunate weather conditions your booking will be rescheduled and transferred to a different date and time. No refunds will be given in this circumstance.
