Service Description

Price per ticket: includes 1 alpaca and 1 adult (must be aged 13 years+) on a 2/3 hour trek. Up to 5 tickets per booking. This experience will get you out in the countryside for a long afternoon trek with our beautiful creatures. You will first get to know your alpaca, feeding them and getting to know the basics on alpaca handling. Please note that this is a 2 person (2 tickets) minimum trek. Our Adventure Trek takes place at our boy alpaca farm in Goole: Moorfields Lane, DN14 7RP.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: We require all customers to provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rebooking an experience. If you provide us with 48 hours notice a full refund can be given. If you provide us with at least 24 hours notice your money will be kept and your booking will be transferred to a different date and time. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will not be able to transfer their booking and their money will be kept. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment start time will be considered a no-show. We will provide a one-time waiver for extenuating circumstances. Please note our experiences do take place outside. We always try to go ahead with bookings however in the event of unfortunate weather conditions your booking will be rescheduled and transferred to a different date and time. No refunds will be given in this circumstance.
