Service Description

Price per ticket: includes 1 alpaca and 1 adult (aged 13 years+). 1 hour and 30 minute experience. The experience takes place at our farm in North Cave. You’ll start with a meet and greet, feeding the alpacas in their paddock and learning the basics of alpaca handling, including how to safely fit their head collars. You’ll then choose your alpaca and head out for a walk around our fields with your fluffy companion, taking on a few fun obstacles along the way. During the walk you’ll learn interesting facts about alpacas, enjoy plenty of photo opportunities, and really get to know your alpaca. Once back at the farm, you will also enjoy petting activities with our other friendly animals, including sheep, goats, pigs and ducks. Please wear suitable footwear such as wellies, trainers or boots. If you would like to book a private trek please drop us an email or phone call.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy: We require all customers to provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rebooking an experience. If you provide us with 48 hours notice a full refund can be given. If you provide us with at least 24 hours notice your money will be kept and your booking will be transferred to a different date and time. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will not be able to transfer their booking and their money will be kept. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment start time will be considered a no-show. We will provide a one-time waiver for extenuating circumstances. Please note our experiences do take place outside (except for Puppy and Goat Yoga which will take place indoors in poor weather conditions). We always try to go ahead with bookings however in the event of unfortunate weather conditions your booking will be rescheduled and transferred to a different date and time. No refunds will be given in this circumstance.
