Service Description
Step into the boots of a real farm wrangler this Easter and enjoy hands-on, heart-warming moments with our animals! This experience includes: 🦙 Meet the Alpacas – Get up close, learn about their personalities and snap some unforgettable photos. 🐖 Pig Care Experience – Help feed our pigs and give them a good brush (they love a spa day!). 🐑 Sheep Round-Up & Mini Sheep Walk – Step into the role of shepherd and guide the flock on their daily walk. 🐑 Meet the Lambs – Spend time with our adorable spring lambs and learn all about them. 🐐 Goat Encounters & Goat Yoga Taster – Meet our playful goats and try a fun mini goat yoga session. 🐐 Baby Goat Cuddles – Snuggle our newest baby goats for the ultimate feel-good moment. 🦆 Duck Activity Time – Join in fun activities with our waddling friends. 🚜 Farm Jobs & Stable Time – Help our team guide the animals back to their stables and experience real farm life in action. Plus shop our product range in our little gift shop. A ticket is required for everyone in your booking, this includes everyone in attendance, such as accompanying adults and children. Under 2's go free, no tickets needed for them. The experience will last around 90 minutes to 2 hours and takes place at our farm in North Cave. Bookings only. Please wear suitable footwear, such as trainers, boots or wellies. *Please note this experience DOES NOT include feeding the lambs. This part of the experience is NOT suitable for those who are pregnant, might be pregnant or immunocompromised.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: We require all customers to provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rebooking an experience. If you provide us with 48 hours notice a full refund can be given. If you provide us with at least 24 hours notice your money will be kept and your booking will be transferred to a different date and time. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will not be able to transfer their booking and their money will be kept. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment start time will be considered a no-show. We will provide a one-time waiver for extenuating circumstances. Please note our experiences do take place outside (except for Puppy and Goat Yoga which will take place indoors in poor weather conditions). We always try to go ahead with bookings however in the event of unfortunate weather conditions your booking will be rescheduled and transferred to a different date and time. No refunds will be given in this circumstance.
