Service Description
We have some adorable lambs visiting us this spring! Would you like to feed our newest members? Join us for a 1 hour experience at our North Cave farm with Farmer Natalie. Tickets are equivalent to the number of lambs you will have. 1 ticket = 1 lamb to feed. Please note 1 ticket permits entry for a maximum of 3 people. This includes: - All supervising or accompanying adults in attendance. - All children aged 1 year and over. Children under 1 do not count towards the total and are welcome to attend in addition to the 3 participants. We kindly ask that you respect this policy, as it has been put in place to protect the wellbeing of our little lambs and prevent them from becoming overwhelmed. We also have limited seating within the feeding area, so keeping to these numbers helps us manage the space comfortably. Our aim is to ensure everyone has a calm, enjoyable and relaxed experience with us (including both our visitors and our animals). You are able to purchase multiple tickets, depending on how many lambs you would like to feed (for example 2 tickets = 2 lambs to feed). For groups of 4 - 6 people, the minimum amount of tickets to cover your group size is 2 tickets. Included in the experience is: - Full tour around our farm. - Lamb bottle feeding. - Quality interaction time with our lambs including lots of cuddles. - Feeding and interaction time with our other farm animals including alpacas, sheep, pigs, ducks and goats. Bookings only. Please note that due to the precise nature of the lambs feeding schedule, we only have set time slots available. This experience takes place indoors. There is no minimum age. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: We require all customers to provide at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rebooking an experience. If you provide us with 48 hours notice a full refund can be given. If you provide us with at least 24 hours notice your money will be kept and your booking will be transferred to a different date and time. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will not be able to transfer their booking and their money will be kept. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes after their appointment start time will be considered a no-show. We will provide a one-time waiver for extenuating circumstances. Please note our experiences do take place outside. We always try to go ahead with bookings however in the event of unfortunate weather conditions your booking will be rescheduled and transferred to a different date and time.
